Senior Business Strategy & Executive Support Manager

ENERGY SYSTEMS GROUP is hiring a Senior Business Strategy & Executive Support Manager to join our Corporate Sales Team. This position will be virtual with 10-20% travel including overnight stays.

The Senior Business Strategy & Executive Support Manager plays a critical role in supporting leadership, driving operational excellence, and ensuring initiatives move from concept to execution. This individual acts as a strategic partner and operational anchor—combining administrative excellence, analytical rigor, and proactive problem-solving to support business priorities.

This role requires exceptional multitasking ability, strong interpersonal skills, comfort working across systems (including CRM tools), and the confidence to lead initiatives, follow up on deliverables, and create clarity from complex information.

The essential functions of the position include:

Executive & Operational Support

  • Act as a trusted operational partner to leadership, supporting planning, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives
  • Manage follow-ups, action items, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
  • Prepare executive-ready documents, presentations, and briefing materials (PowerPoint-heavy)
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and documentation to ensure efficient decision-making

CRM & Data Support

  • Support Salesforce CRM functionality, including data integrity, reporting, and process optimization
  • Analyze data and information to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance trackers
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders

Project & Initiative Leadership

  • Lead and support cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
  • Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure accountability
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Serve as a point of coordination across teams to keep initiatives moving forward

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Build strong working relationships across functions and seniority levels
  • Ensure consistent follow-through and alignment across teams

Event & Special Project Support

  • Assist with planning and execution of meetings, events, and offsites
  • Support logistics, materials, timelines, and post-event follow-up
  • Take ownership of special projects as assigned

Your background includes:

  • Three (3) years of experience in operations, business support, program management, consulting, or executive support roles
  • Strong experience working with Salesforce CRM systems and operational tools
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and strong document development skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, build reports, and create dashboards
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
