ENERGY SYSTEMS GROUP® is looking for a Construction Manager to join our Federal team located at our Pentagon Project in Washington, DC. Frequent travel (approximately 70%-80%), including overnight stays dependent on project location is required. This position is onsite.
The Construction Manager interacts with, and oversees, the sub-contractors on the job site(s) to ensure the quality of work is met. This individual ensures the scope of work promised to the client is fulfilled. The Construction Manager protects customers’ interest and interacts with customers continually throughout the duration of various projects. The Construction Manager assists the Project Manager at his/her direction. This position requires that the employee is available to respond to client requests or problems during the contract phase, as well as during the warranty period, to fulfill ESG’s obligation. Customer relations are a crucial part of this position’s responsibilities. The Construction Manager interacts with customers on a one-on-one basis from the beginning to the end of the construction phase of projects.
